Waterproof license holders are available for $1.00 in the Town Clerk's office.

2008 Guide Books:
The Connecticut Angler's Guide and Connecticut Hunting and Trapping Guide are available free of charge in the Town Clerk's office.

You may also view the guides online and download forms by visiting the state's DEP website.

Lost License:
To obtain a replacement license, return to the Town Clerk of the town where you originally purchased the license and submit a Duplicate License Application ($1.00 fee).  You will receive a temporary (5 day) certificate.  Mail a copy of the application and a check for $6.00 (no fee for free licenses) made payable to CT Department of Environmental Protection to: DEP - Licensing & Revenue, 79 Elm Street, Hartford, CT 06106-5127.
