| Dog Licensing 
All dogs must be licensed in the State of Connecticut when they are 6 months old and then annually thereafter. The license period is July 1st through June 30th. Dog licenses must be renewed each year by the June 30th expiration date. A $1.00 late penalty fee will be charged for each month a license is not renewed. To register by mail, please complete & mail this form. If, for any reason, you no longer have a dog that was previously licensed in the Town of Southington, please notify the Town Clerk's office at (860) 276-6211. Thank you!
