Created in 2008, the Their Vision Fund was initiated to honor the extraordinary efforts of three special Southington volunteers, Kathy Reinhard, Peter Veronneau and Stuart Estra. In addition to this permanent expression of a community’s gratitude, the Their Vision Fund was also started as a way to provide an annual stream of revenue to help supplement the activities, programs and services for Southington residents at their time of need through the efforts of the town’s department of Community Services.
Southington Community Services (SCS) provides support services to Southington residents and serves as a link between private providers, human services and governmental agencies. SCS’s Mission is “To Assist and Empower Southington Residents.”
